The download link for the service manual you purchased will be sent to your email address usually within 1 hour, or at the latest within 12 hours due to the time difference. We have always kept this promise until today.

What file format is the service manual and what program will I need to open it?

The majority of service manuals are in PDF format. You will need a PDF viewer program to open the manual in PDF format. For some models, service manuals consist of PDF, jpeg, tif and HTML files. For the service manual in this format, it is sufficient to have an up-to-date Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome on your computer. For this reason, we indicate the file format in all our advertisements.

Why do you send a download link and not a service manual file to my email address?

Some service manual files can even exceed 100 MB in file size. Since it is not possible to send such files via email services, we send a download link from our own file server.

This is not one of the file upload pages on the internet. It is completely reliable because it is the sharing links we create from our own file server. The links we send do not contain any advertisements or spam.

Due to the number of models in our database, we compress and encrypt our files with Winrar to use our file server more efficiently. When you purchase, we send you the Winrar password with the download link. Once you open it with this password, you can save the Service manual in PDF format anywhere you want on your computer. You will never need the password again.

You can try to get a newer version of Winrar and open it on another device. If you continue to get errors, you can contact us to verify the password. If your password is correct and still not working, we can refresh the file on our server for you.
